Missing specific emails? Here are a few things you can check prior to contacting the I.T. Department.
- Check your “Junk Email” if you’re not receiving specific emails.
- Check any custom inbox folders that you may have created. Custom inbox folders have rules that filter emails that you specified. Your specific missing email might have fallen under those rules.
- **Best Practice*** routinely check your Junk/Spam folder in case there are legitimate emails that get sent there.
