Registration Instructions

FREE Federal & FREE State file!

With the H&R Block MORE ZERO program, YMCA staff, members, family and friends can file their Federal and State taxes online for Free! Those interested can use this link to begin the process. YMCA employees can also receive $25 off tax preparation when visiting a participating location with this coupon.

In addition, H&R Block has a great nonprofit referral program. For every new client who files in store, H&R Block will donate $20 back to the YMCA. You must present the YMCA Referral flyer and use the Nonprofit Referral ID 40010001097632.

Employee Benefits

Company contribution – 11% contribution fully funded by employer after 2 years of service.**

Voluntary retirement option (403B) – Eligible to enroll on your first day of employment. Contributions are deducted from your paycheck before taxes.

**Must work 1,000 hours in each of the two years and be 21 years of age.

We can provide information and resources to help you and your household members deal with a variety of issues. The EAP offers confidential services by experienced counselors such as Relationship, Marital, or Family Issues, Child Care and Senior Care needs, Alcohol/Drug Abuse, or Loss or Grief. Services are available in-person, by phone, or online.

VPI Pet Insurance offers health and accident insurance for a variety of pets.
